Triathlon combines swimming, cycling and running; duathlon combines running and cycling. Choose an event that matches your experience and preparation. Detailed segment distances, transition procedures and course instructions will be provided for the 2027 event.

Sprint Triathlon
Swim, bike and run in the Sprint event. Confirm the 2027 segment distances and course before entering.
Olympic Triathlon
Swim, bike and run in the Olympic event. The 2027 athlete instructions will define the course and transitions.
Duathlon
A run-bike-run option. Confirm the selected event category and its distances during registration.
Sprint Duathlon
A Sprint run-bike-run option. Review the 2027 segment distances and instructions when available.
Course & race-day planning
The previous season used Prince Thomas Park for race operations. The venue, start times, segment distances, maps and equipment requirements for 2027 need separate confirmation.
Start times, packet pickup, parking, aid stations and final participant instructions will be added when confirmed for 2027.
